Multicultural Engagement
The Mulembe Nation is aligned with the other multicultural communities through the Kenya Community in Western Australia (KCWA) and Organisation of African Communities WA (OACWA) and celebrates milestones of its members who have been recognised as pillars of the community.
Social Welfare
MIWA recognises the impact of bereavement and loss to families and individuals in our community and supports the psychological, spiritual and financials wellbeing of registered members through its utilization of the Social Capital Framework.
Family Engagement & Mentorship
Family relations and healthy living through sports, family fun days, professional interactions and wellness activities with diverse age groups within the community to promote physical, mental, spiritual, and mental wellbeing
Celebrate Cultural Values & Traditions
Every celebration becomes a journey of cultural discovery and unity, where the spirit of the Luhya people shines bright as we celebrate music, food, dance and the Mulembe way of life
Women’s Development
MIWA Womens’ Department reinforce the values of Mulembe in recognising women as the pillars of our community. We grant balanced rights and ensure that women are rightful partners in society, contributing to its growth and progress through economic and social empowerment.
